Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Publisher Hub, Egypt ("we", "us") for the Goal Fight game, its online services and this website (together, the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

Goal Fight is listed in the app stores for ages 13 and up, and its content is suitable for all ages. If you are under 13, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and should supervise any sign-in and purchases. Parents can contact us at any time about a child's account (see the Privacy Policy).

2. Your account

• The Game creates a guest account on your device. You can link it to Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress across devices and reinstalls.
• A guest account that is not linked may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change device. We cannot always restore it.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, or through our account deletion page.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its characters, art, music, code and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Virtual items and currencies

• Coins, gems, tickets, characters, skills and other virtual items are part of the licence above. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the Game evolves, and we do not have to replace items lost because of rule violations.
• Purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Except where the law or the store's policy requires otherwise, purchases are final. Refund requests go to the store where you paid.

5. Fair play and conduct

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, exploits, modified clients or any software that gives an unfair advantage or interferes with the Game;
• attack, overload or try to access our servers, other players' accounts or data you are not allowed to see;
• deliberately lose, fix matches or manipulate rankings or rewards;
• use names, codes or any other part of the game to harass, bully or offend other players, impersonate others or infringe others' rights;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may warn, temporarily restrict, reset progress of, or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

6. Sponsor content and links

The Game shows sponsor ads in the stadium and lobby and may link to other websites. Sponsors are responsible for their ads and their websites. Opening a link takes you to content we do not control, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Online service and changes

The Game needs an internet connection for many features. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may update, change or stop features or the whole Game. If we permanently shut down the online service, we will give reasonable notice in the Game.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items or profits. In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 3–4 (ownership), 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Apple App Store additional terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game; Apple is not responsible for any product claims, third-party intellectual property claims, or warranty claims except that, if the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo and not on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Standard EULA also applies where it gives you more protection.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the competent courts of Egypt. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts of that country. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the Game before they apply. If you keep playing after the change applies, you accept the new terms.
