Delete your Goal Fight account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the game or from this page.

Option 1 — In the game (fastest)

Open Goal Fight and tap the Settings gear on the home screen.
Open the Account tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is removed from the game immediately and the game starts fresh. All its data is deleted completely within 30 days, including from backups.

Option 2 — Request deletion here

Use this if the game is no longer installed or you cannot open it. Parents and guardians can use it for a child's account: give your own email and the child's username. We may ask for details to confirm the request, then complete it within 30 days, then reply to the address you give us.

What is deleted

Your player profile: display name, username (it becomes free for others), level and rank.
Your progress: characters, skills, coins, gems, tickets and other items.
Your match history and gameplay statistics tied to your account.
The link to your Apple or Google sign-in, and the guest id on our servers.
Your per-player ad records (duplicate checks and the daily impression counter).

What we keep, and for how long

Everything tied to your account is deleted completely within 30 days, including from backups. We keep only the data the game uses, and only until you ask us to delete it.
Analytics and crash reports carry no name, email, sign-in id or advertising id, only random ids, are not linked to your account, and expire on their own (event-level analytics after 2 months, crash reports after 90 days at most).
Aggregated counts (for example ad impressions) contain no player id and are kept.
This request: your email and request id are kept only until the request is handled, then deleted.
Purchases: Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account does not refund purchases.
